Screen Printing

Screen Printing for Promotional Apparel

Screen printing remains the most cost-effective way to brand promotional clothing at volume — and it is one of our core in-house services. Because printing happens under the same roof as garment production, we control colour accuracy, registration and curing quality directly, and we can print, quality-check and pack in one continuous flow. For a promotional clothing manufacturer in Bangladesh serving the USA, Europe and the Middle East, that integration is what keeps both quality and pricing competitive.

Print Methods We Offer

Plastisol printing. The industry standard for vibrant, opaque prints on cotton and poly-cotton. Excellent colour matching to Pantone references, a soft-to-medium hand feel depending on ink deposit, and strong wash durability. Ideal for bold campaign graphics and multi-colour logos.

Water-based printing. Inks that soak into the fabric rather than sitting on top, giving an exceptionally soft, breathable print with a vintage look. A great choice for fashion-forward promotional tees where hand feel matters.

Discharge printing. For dark garments where you want bright colours without a heavy ink layer, discharge removes the garment dye and replaces it with pigment — the result looks and feels like part of the fabric itself.

Tell us your artwork and garment choice during quoting, and our print team will recommend the method that gives your design the best result at your target price.

What We Can Print

We print the placements promotional buyers ask for most: full front chest prints up to A3 size, large back prints, left-chest logos, sleeve prints and nape prints. Multi-colour designs are standard — our carousels handle complex separations — and we can also produce single-colour prints for budget campaigns where unit cost is critical. Specialty effects such as puff, metallic and reflective inks are available on request for designs that need extra impact.

Artwork Guidelines

To get the sharpest result, please supply your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) with text converted to outlines. High-resolution raster files (300 DPI at print size) also work for photographic designs. If you only have a low-resolution logo, tell us — our artwork team can redraw most logos as vectors for a small one-time fee. We always send a digital proof showing print size and placement for your approval before screens are made.

Durability and Quality Control

A promotional garment that fades or cracks after three washes damages your brand, not ours — which is why wash durability is tested, not assumed. Every new ink and fabric combination goes through wash testing before bulk approval, and production prints are checked for colour consistency, registration accuracy and proper curing throughout the run. Our standard is simple: the thousandth piece should look like the approved sample.

Printing and Embroidery in One Order

Many campaigns combine both branding methods — for example, a printed back design with an embroidered chest logo on the same polo. Because both departments are in-house, mixed-branding orders move through production without delays or coordination problems. Just specify both placements in your quote request.

Screen Printing vs Other Branding Methods

Buyers sometimes ask about alternatives such as heat transfer or direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. For bulk promotional orders, screen printing wins on three counts: unit cost at volume, wash durability, and colour vibrancy on cotton fabrics. Heat transfer can work for very small runs or complex photographic designs, but it generally costs more per piece and does not match screen print durability. DTG is excellent for one-off samples but is not economical at 1,200 pieces and above. That is why screen printing remains the workhorse of the promotional clothing industry — and why we invested in making it an in-house strength.
