Professional Embroidery Services

Nothing says quality like a well-executed embroidered logo. Our in-house embroidery unit produces crisp, durable stitched branding for polo shirts, jackets, workwear, hoodies and caps — the garments where a premium finish matters most. For corporate uniforms, dealer apparel and executive gifting, embroidery consistently outperforms print on perceived value, and it easily survives the industrial laundering that workwear endures.

Flat Embroidery and 3D Puff

Flat embroidery is the classic choice: smooth, precise stitching that reproduces logos, text and small details with excellent clarity. It is the right option for corporate chest logos, uniform branding and any design where legibility comes first.

3D puff embroidery adds foam under the stitching to raise the design off the fabric, creating a bold, dimensional effect. It works best on structured garments like caps and heavier jackets, and it gives promotional designs a distinctive, high-impact look that print cannot match.

Our team will advise which technique suits your logo — very fine details and tiny text, for example, are better served by flat embroidery.

Best Placements for Embroidered Logos

The placements we embroider most often are the left chest (the corporate standard), the centre chest for a bolder statement, cap fronts, jacket backs for team names, and sleeves for secondary logos or flags. On workwear, we regularly combine chest embroidery with printed back branding in a single production run. If you are unsure about sizing, our standard left-chest logo runs at approximately 9–10 cm wide — large enough to read clearly without overwhelming the garment.

In-House Digitizing

Embroidery starts with digitizing: converting your logo into a stitch file that tells our machines exactly where every thread goes. Because we digitize in-house, we can optimize stitch density, underlay and pull compensation for your specific fabric — the difference between embroidery that lies flat and embroidery that puckers. We produce a physical sew-out sample on your actual garment fabric for approval before bulk production begins, so there are no surprises.

Threads and Quality

We use high-quality rayon and polyester embroidery threads with excellent colour fastness, matched to your brand colours. Thread breaks, skipped stitches and misregistration are checked piece by piece — embroidery quality control is done visually on every single garment, not by sampling, because a flawed logo on an otherwise perfect shirt is still a reject.

Embroidery Pricing

Embroidery is priced by stitch count and design complexity rather than by the number of colours, which makes it particularly economical for small, clean logos. Send us your artwork and we will provide the stitch count, a sew-out sample and a clear per-piece price as part of your quotation.

Embroidery or Printing: Which Should You Choose?

The choice depends on your garment, your logo and the impression you want to make. Choose embroidery for polo shirts, jackets, workwear and caps — anywhere a premium, textured finish elevates the garment. It is also the most durable option for workwear that faces industrial laundering, since stitched threads outlast any print through repeated harsh wash cycles. Choose screen printing for T-shirts and large, colourful designs where print size and vibrancy matter more than texture, or when unit budget is the deciding factor.

Many of our buyers use both: an embroidered chest logo for prestige plus a printed back or sleeve design for visibility. Because both services are in-house, combined orders are quoted and produced as one seamless job — one sample approval, one production schedule, one shipment. If you are undecided, send your artwork and tell us the garment; our team will recommend the method that gives your brand the strongest result for your budget.
