Terms and Conditions
These terms govern quotations, samples and orders placed with Siatex Promowear, a promotional clothing manufacturer in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By confirming an order with us you accept these terms together with the details on your proforma invoice, which together form the agreement for that order.
Quotations and Ordering
Quotations are prepared from your tech pack, artwork or reference garment and are valid for the specification and quantity stated. An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation and the proforma invoice is issued; production is scheduled on confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Minimum Order Quantity
Our minimum order quantity is 1,200 pieces per style, covering up to two colours, across the full product catalog. Wider colour ranges and multi-style programs are planned with you so every style in the order meets the minimum.
Samples and Approvals
Bulk production begins only after your approval of lab dips and a pre-production sample with your branding applied. The approved sample is the quality standard for the order. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time and are confirmed in writing before production continues.
Lead Times
Lead time depends on the product, fabric and order size and is confirmed in writing when your order is placed. Schedules assume timely approvals and payments from the buyer; delays in either move the corresponding production and shipment dates.
Pricing
Prices are per piece at the confirmed quantity and specification, as set out on the proforma invoice. Payment terms follow our payment terms page unless different terms are agreed in writing for your program.
Quality Standard
Garments are inspected during production and audited before dispatch against the approved sample, within normal commercial tolerances for measurements, shade and workmanship. Defects are handled under our return policy. Buyers may arrange independent pre-shipment inspection at their own cost.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Your designs, artwork, tech packs and brand materials remain your property. We use them only to produce your orders, never share them with other buyers, and can work under a confidentiality agreement on request.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the affected goods under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including port congestion, carrier delays and utility interruptions; where such events affect your order we will inform you promptly.
Governing Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. The version published on this page at the time your order is confirmed applies to that order.
