Cycling Jersey Manufacturer in Bangladesh

Cycling kits are judged on the road, not on the rail. A jersey has to stay comfortable for hours in the saddle, carry food and tools without sagging, and look sharp in every club photo. We manufacture custom cycling jerseys in Bangladesh for clubs, event organizers, charity ride teams and kit brands selling into the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.

Every jersey starts as a plain performance knit in your club colours. We build the fit, zip and pocket layout you specify, then finish it with all-over sublimation of your design. Both fits are set up around your riders before sampling begins. See our raglan t-shirt for the same approach on a casual style.

Three Rear Pockets, a Gripper Hem and Two Fit Blocks

Three rear pockets are cut deep enough for a phone, a mini pump and a folded gilet, with elasticated tops that hold everything in place. Silicone gripper elastic at the hem stops it riding up when loaded. The same design runs on our club fit block, or on the race fit block, cut longer at the back and closer through the chest.

Why Clubs Order Jerseys as Full Kit Programs

A jersey rarely travels alone. Clubs put their colours on shorts, bib shorts, gilets and arm warmers too. Because we produce the full kit under one roof, the blue on the jersey is the same blue on the shorts, season after season. That consistency keeps clubs coming back when new riders need kit.

Event organizers work the same way. A charity ride or gran fondo jersey becomes the souvenir riders keep for years, so the design changes annually while the garment stays proven. We hold your patterns, size curves and colour references on file, turning each edition into a design update, not a fresh development project.

Fabric and Construction Options for International Buyers

The base cloth is a polyester and elastane performance knit, chosen for stretch, recovery and a smooth surface that takes sublimation colour cleanly. Weights run from 130 to 180 GSM depending on season and market.

  • Polyester/elastane performance knit, 130 to 180 GSM: lighter for summer, heavier for spring and autumn.
  • Full-length or quarter zip: full-length as standard, quarter zip for a cleaner chest panel.
  • Three rear pockets: deep open pockets with elasticated tops, plus an optional zipped valuables pocket.
  • Silicone gripper hem: gripper elastic keeps the jersey in place under loaded pockets.
  • Mesh side panels: optional panels for hot-climate kits and summer races.
  • Set-in or raglan sleeves: set-in for a classic club look, raglan for a smoother shoulder.
  • Club fit and race fit blocks: two proven patterns, graded in men’s and women’s cuts.

We check zip operation, pocket depth and gripper recovery on every size before bulk production, not just on the sample size.

Customization and Private Label Production

We decorate these jerseys the way cycling kits are meant to be decorated: with all-over sublimation. Your artwork covers body, sleeves and collar in one print, so sponsor panels, gradients and photography reproduce with no extra screens or colour charges. Rider names and numbers can be added garment by garment. Private label work covers neck labels, size and care labels, hang tags and polybag packing under your brand. Send artwork through our quote page for a mock-up before printing.

Sampling, MOQ and Production Planning

The minimum order is 1,200 pieces per style, and for sublimated jerseys that minimum applies per design, across up to two colourways. Sampling starts with a printed strike-off, so colours and placement are approved on real fabric before sewing. A pre-production sample in your chosen fit block follows, then a full size set once the fit is confirmed. After approval we issue a production schedule, so delivery is planned around your event.

Quality Control and Compliance Documentation

Print quality is where cycling jerseys succeed or fail, so our QC team checks colours panel by panel against your approved strike-off and rejects pieces where seams distort the artwork. Zips are run up and down on every garment, pockets are measured and load-checked, and gripper elastic is tested for recovery. Measurements are recorded across the size range, and compliance documentation is prepared with the shipment.

Export Packaging for USA, UK, Europe and Other Markets

Jerseys are folded and packed in individual polybags, or as kit sets with matching shorts, with size stickers and carton marks matched to your order. We ship to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Middle East by sea and air through Dhaka, with export documentation handled by our team. Frequently Asked Questions

Should I choose a full-length zip or a quarter zip?

A full-length zip opens completely, which riders prefer for ventilation on climbs and easy on-off at cafe stops. A quarter zip leaves an uninterrupted chest panel for large sponsor artwork and slightly lowers the unit cost.

What is the difference between club fit and race fit?

Club fit has room through the chest and waist and suits the widest range of riders. Race fit is cut closer, longer at the back and tighter through the chest.

What artwork do you need for sublimation printing?

Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF give the sharpest results, with colours referenced to Pantone where they matter. We return a mock-up, then a strike-off on real fabric for approval.

Can the rear pockets be changed or extended?

Yes. We can add a zipped valuables pocket, deepen the centre pocket or add a reflective strip along the pocket edge.

Do you make women’s cycling jerseys, and what sizes are covered?

Yes. We produce a dedicated women’s cut with a shaped waist and adjusted back length. Sizing runs from XS to 3XL.

How does the minimum order work for printed designs?

The minimum is 1,200 pieces per design, because each design needs its own print setup and strike-off approval. Up to two colourways of the same artwork can run inside that quantity.
