Denim Jeans Manufacturer in Bangladesh
We manufacture five-pocket denim jeans in Bangladesh for retail brands, importers and private label programs that need the same fit and wash on every order. Denim is a repeat business: a customer who finds a jean that fits buys the same style again in another wash.
We ship to buyers in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Middle East, in men’s and women’s fits from core basics to fashion washes. If your range pairs denim with jersey tops, our classic crew-neck t-shirt is made under the same roof, so labels and packaging stay consistent.
Weights, Washes and Shrinkage, Controlled From the First Sample
Most of our buyers work between 10 oz and 14 oz denim. Lighter cloth around 10 to 11 oz drapes softer and suits women’s and summer styles, while 12.5 to 14 oz gives the firm hand feel of a classic five-pocket. Every wash is developed on the actual production fabric, because each wash shrinks denim differently, so we measure shrinkage per wash and adjust the pattern before cutting.
Why Buyers Build Denim Programs in Bangladesh
Bangladesh has become one of the most complete denim addresses anywhere. Mills, garment factories and specialist wash plants sit close together, so a style moves from loom-state cloth to a finished jean without leaving the cluster. That vertical setup shortens development and keeps costing honest.
The wash variety is the other draw. One program can cover a dark rinse jean, a mid stone wash and a bleached fashion wash, all on the same fit block. Buyers can also step through price tiers by changing fabric weight and wash time instead of redesigning the garment, keeping a denim wall varied and production efficient.
Fabric and Construction Options for International Buyers
Two fabrics carry almost every program, and construction details are set style by style:
- Cotton denim in 10 to 14 oz, rigid and authentic, for straight and relaxed fits and core five-pocket styles
- Stretch denim with elastane for skinny and slim fits, woven for recovery so knees and waistbands hold their shape
- Classic five-pocket construction: two front scoop pockets, coin pocket, two back patch pockets and a shaped back yoke
- Skinny, slim, straight and relaxed fits, in men’s and women’s blocks graded from your size chart
- Wash menu from dark rinse and enzyme wash to stone wash, bleach and distressed finishes, approved on samples first
- Rivets, shank buttons and zips in plain unbranded metal finishes: antique copper, nickel, gunmetal or matte black
- Chain-stitched hem option, with bartacks at pocket corners, belt loops and fly stress points
Send us your fit block and wash references, and we will build the first samples to that standard, not a stock substitute.
Customization and Private Label Production
Your brand sits on the parts a customer touches: a back waistband patch in plain leather, vegan leather or woven jacquard with your own artwork, never a third-party mark, plus your woven main, size and care labels throughout, with embroidery where a style calls for it. Retail programs add hang tags, price tickets and folded or polybagged packing. Send your artwork and a wash reference through our quote page and we will build the package price.
Sampling, MOQ and Production Planning
The minimum order is 1,200 pieces per style, and up to two washes can sit inside that quantity, counted as the two colours for planning, so a dark rinse and a stone wash can launch together. Development starts with wash approval samples and shrinkage tests on the production denim, then a size set and a pre-production sample washed exactly as the bulk will be. Once approved, we book the sewing line and wash plant together and share a schedule through to packing.
Quality Control and Compliance Documentation
Denim is checked after washing, not before, because that is the garment your customer receives. We measure washed garments against the size chart, check production against the approved shade band so pairs do not drift light and dark, and test hardware attachment strength on buttons, rivets and zips. Stitch density, pocket placement and wash effects are verified against the approved sample, and test reports and compliance documentation for your market come with the order.
Export Packaging for USA, UK, Europe and Other Markets
Finished jeans are folded or polybagged singly, packed by size ratio into export cartons with your carton marks, and shipped by sea or air. Browse our products to see what buyers pack alongside a denim order.
Build Your Denim Range With Siatex Bangladesh
Send us your fit block, target fabric weight and wash references, and we will return wash samples, a size set plan and a production timeline. Denim rewards buyers who standardise early, and we are set up to hold that standard for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which fits do you produce, and which fabric suits each fit?
We produce skinny, slim, straight and relaxed fits for men and women. Skinny and slim fits run in stretch denim; straight and relaxed fits usually run in rigid cotton denim for an authentic five-pocket feel.
What washes can we choose from?
The menu runs from dark rinse and enzyme washes through stone wash to bleach and distressed finishes. Every wash is approved on a production-fabric sample before bulk, and that sample sets the shade standard.
What denim weights do you offer?
We run 10 to 14 oz. Lighter 10 to 11 oz cloth suits women’s and summer styles, 12 to 12.5 oz covers most core programs, and 13.5 to 14 oz gives a heavy hand feel for premium men’s lines.
What waist and length sizes do you cover?
Men’s grading runs from 28 to 40 inch waists with 30, 32 and 34 inch inside legs; women’s sizing follows your chart. Extended sizes and tall or short legs can be added.
Do you make women’s jeans as well as men’s?
Yes. We run dedicated women’s blocks in skinny, slim and straight fits, graded for women’s rises and shaping, in both cotton denim and stretch denim.
How does the minimum order work across washes?
The minimum is 1,200 pieces per style, and up to two washes can share that quantity, for example 600 pieces in a dark rinse and 600 in a stone wash. More washes join as volumes grow.
