What to Include in Your Enquiry
To quote accurately, it helps to know the following. Do not worry if you cannot answer everything — we will work with what you have.
- Product type: T-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, workwear — or a custom style.
- Quantity: Our MOQ is 1,200 pieces per style; tell us your estimated volume.
- Colours: Which two garment colours per style (or your preference).
- Sizes: Your size range and ratio, or your target market (USA, Europe, Middle East).
- Branding method: Screen printing, embroidery, or both — plus logo placement.
- Artwork: Attach your logo in vector format if available (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG).
- Target price and timeline: Your budget per piece and when you need delivery.

What Happens Next
Step 1 — Review and quotation. Your dedicated merchandiser reviews the brief and replies with a detailed quotation, usually within 1–2 business days.
Step 2 — Sampling. Once you accept the quotation, we produce a pre-production sample with your actual branding for approval.
Step 3 — Bulk production. After sample approval, your order enters production under full quality supervision, typically 4–6 weeks.
Step 4 — Inspection and shipment. Final AQL inspection, export packing and shipment to your port, with all documentation handled.

Absolutely. Third-party inspection companies are welcome at any stage of production.
Can you match a competitor’s price?
Send us the competing quotation with full specifications and we will give you an honest assessment. If we can meet it without compromising quality, we will. If the specification behind that price is thinner than it looks, we will show you exactly where.
Do you keep our designs confidential?
Yes. Your artwork, tech packs and pricing are treated as strictly confidential, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive materials.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Quotations are FOB Chittagong as standard. For CIF pricing, tell us your destination port and we will itemize sea freight so you can compare.
