Pullover Hoodie Manufacturer in Bangladesh

If one garment defines cold-weather casual wear, it is the pullover hoodie. Ours is made in Bangladesh from cotton fleece with a brushed interior, a double-layer hood and a kangaroo pocket, built for brands that sell warmth as much as style. We manufacture for clothing labels, importers and wholesalers across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.

The pullover anchors streetwear drops, teamwear and winter retail programs, and it layers naturally over tees such as our oversized streetwear t-shirt. Send us your tech pack or a reference garment and we will match the fit, fabric weight and hand feel, with your label, tags and packaging carried through production.

Built Around the Fleece

Warmth starts with the fabric. We knit fleece from 280 GSM for mild climates up to 400 GSM for deep winter, with the inside brushed for a soft, insulating finish. The hood is cut in two layers so it keeps its shape and sits properly, finished with a flat drawcord and your choice of metal or stitched eyelets. Ribbed cuffs and hem hold the garment in place, and the body is side seamed for a cleaner fit.

Why the Pullover Hoodie Sells in Every Season Program

Few styles repeat as reliably. A good pullover hoodie works as a retail core item through autumn and winter, a layering piece in spring, and a team or campus uniform all year. Buyers reorder it because the pattern stays constant while colours, prints and seasonal graphics change around it.

It also carries branding better than any other garment. The chest offers a wide print area, the back is a billboard, and embroidery sits cleanly on the fleece face. For streetwear labels the hoodie is often the highest-value piece in the drop. For corporate and event buyers it is the item staff and customers actually keep wearing.

Fabric and Construction Options for International Buyers

Every order starts with a fabric decision. These are the builds we run most often:

  • Cotton fleece from 280 GSM to 400 GSM, matched to your climate and price point
  • Cotton and polyester fleece blends for sharper pricing and easier care
  • Brushed back interior for softness and warmth, with loopback French terry on request
  • Double-layer hood with flat or round drawcords and metal or stitched eyelets
  • Kangaroo pocket with reinforced stitching at the corners and pocket openings
  • Ribbed cuffs and hem with elastane, so they keep their shape wash after wash
  • Side-seamed body, twin-needle stitching and a taped neck seam for comfort

Most buyers settle on 320 to 350 GSM as the all-round weight, and lab dips confirm your colours before bulk dyeing begins.

Customization and Private Label Production

We print chest and back artwork by screen printing, add embroidery for logos and crests, and offer puff print and water-based inks. Private label production covers your woven neck label, size labels, hang tags and branded polybags or retail folding. Share your artwork and label plan through our quote page and we will cost the complete garment.

Sampling, MOQ and Production Planning

The minimum order is 1,200 pieces per style, and you can split that quantity across up to two colours. Sampling begins with lab dips for colour approval, then a size set so you can check fit across the range, then a pre-production sample in the final fabric before bulk cutting starts. Once approved, we book production and share a schedule from knitting to packing.

Quality Control and Compliance Documentation

Fleece quality is verified, not assumed. We run GSM verification before cutting, carry out pilling resistance checks on the brushed surface, and inspect stitching, measurements, hood shape and print placement at final inspection. Every order is checked against your approved sample, and the laboratory test reports and compliance documents your market requires can be arranged with the shipment.

Export Packaging for USA, UK, Europe and Other Markets

Each hoodie is folded into its own polybag and ratio packed into strong export cartons. Retail programs can add tissue, barcode labels and branded outer packaging. Shipments leave through Chittagong port for sea freight or Dhaka airport for urgent air orders. You can also browse our full product range to build matching joggers, sweatshirts and tees around this style.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which GSM should I choose for my market?

For mild winters and layering, 280 to 320 GSM is enough. Most buyers in Europe and North America choose 320 to 350 GSM for retail, while 380 to 400 GSM serves cold climates and premium heavyweight programs.

What is the difference between brushed fleece and loopback?

Brushed fleece has its inside raised into a soft, fuzzy surface that traps warmth, making it the standard choice for winter hoodies. Loopback, also called French terry, keeps small loops on the inside instead, which feels lighter and breathes better in spring and autumn.

What drawstring options are available, and what about youth sizes?

Adult hoodies come with flat or round drawcords, metal or plastic tips, and metal or stitched eyelets. For children’s and youth hoodies, most destination markets do not allow drawstrings in the hood area, so we build those sizes without hood cords and flag the rule during sampling.

Is printing or embroidery better on fleece?

Both work well. Screen printing covers large chest and back designs at the best cost per piece, while embroidery gives logos and crests a premium, durable finish that teamwear and corporate buyers often prefer.

How much does a cotton fleece hoodie shrink?

Cotton fleece typically shrinks around 3 to 5 percent in the first wash. We can compact or pre-shrink the fabric and cut patterns with shrinkage allowances. Your pre-production sample is washed and measured, so the fit you approve is the fit your customers receive.

Can I split the 1,200 piece minimum across two colours?

Yes. The MOQ applies per style, so the 1,200 pieces can be divided between up to two colours in your chosen size ratio. On larger orders we can cover more colours, and we agree the split before production starts.
