About Us

Who We Are

Siatex Promowear is the promotional clothing division of SiATEX Bangladesh Limited, an apparel manufacturing group based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. While our group has long produced garments for international fashion markets, Siatex Promowear was created with a single focus: promotional and branded clothing for business buyers. That focus shapes everything we do — from the way we quote, to how we handle artwork, to the speed of our sampling.

We are a business-to-business manufacturer. We do not sell single pieces or run a retail store. Our customers are promotional product distributors, corporate procurement teams, event and campaign organizers, and workwear suppliers in the USA, Europe and the Middle East who need reliable bulk supply with professional branding.

What We Do

We manufacture and supply promotional clothing in bulk: T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, jackets, and workwear uniforms. Every order is made to the buyer’s specification — your styles, your colours, your sizes — and branded with your logo using screen printing, embroidery, or a combination of both. Our standard minimum is 1,200 pieces per style in two colours, using dependable basic materials that are proven for promotional use.

Beyond manufacturing, we act as a practical partner for buyers who may be sourcing from Bangladesh for the first time. We help you choose the right fabric and branding method for your budget, we flag artwork issues before they become production problems, and we manage the full export process including packing, inspection and documentation.

Why Bangladesh

Bangladesh is the world’s second-largest apparel exporter for good reason. The country offers a rare combination: highly competitive manufacturing costs, enormous production capacity, and a deep, mature supply chain for fabrics, trims and accessories. For promotional clothing — where unit cost directly determines campaign viability — this cost structure is a decisive advantage.

Just as important is experience. Bangladesh’s factories have spent decades serving demanding buyers from the USA and Europe, which means the quality systems, compliance expectations and communication standards your business requires are already part of how we operate.

How We Work With International Buyers

Clear communication. You will have a dedicated merchandiser who speaks your language — literally and commercially. Quotations are detailed, timelines are honest, and if something changes on the production floor, you hear about it from us first.

Sampling before bulk. We never start bulk production without your approval of a physical pre-production sample carrying your actual branding. What you approve is what we produce.

Quality at every stage. Our quality team checks materials on arrival, monitors every production line daily, and performs a final AQL inspection on packed cartons. Third-party inspection companies are welcome at any point.

Logistics handled. We ship FOB from Chittagong port as standard and can arrange CIF to major ports in the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Export packing, labelling and documentation are part of the service.

Our Commitment

Promotional campaigns run on deadlines — a product launch, a trade show, a seasonal push. Late delivery is not a minor inconvenience; it can sink the entire campaign. That is why on-time shipment is treated as a core commitment at Siatex Promowear, not a hope. We plan production capacity realistically, build buffer time into every schedule, and communicate proactively if anything threatens the timeline.

We also believe in honest costing. Our quotations break down the real cost drivers — fabric, branding, packing, freight — so you understand exactly what you are paying for. If your target price cannot be met without compromising quality, we will tell you upfront and suggest workable alternatives rather than cutting corners silently.

Our Factory Setup

Our Dhaka facility brings the key production stages together: fabric sourcing and inspection, CAD-assisted cutting, multiple stitching lines for knits and wovens, in-house screen printing, a multi-head embroidery department, finishing and packing. Keeping these stages under one roof shortens lead times and — critically for promotional orders — lets us coordinate garment production and branding as a single schedule instead of two disconnected ones. Our merchandising team sits alongside production, so the person answering your email is steps away from your order on the factory floor.
