Siatex Promowear is a bulk manufacturer, and our production system is built around a clear, honest minimum: 1,200 pieces per style. This MOQ is what allows us to offer genuine factory-direct pricing — at this volume, fabric purchasing, cutting, stitching and branding all run at efficient scale, and the savings go directly into your unit price. If your campaign needs smaller quantities, we will tell you upfront rather than inflating the price quietly.
Two Colours, Basic Materials — What It Means
Each style is produced in two colours as standard. This keeps your campaign visuals consistent, simplifies size-ratio planning, and avoids the surcharges that come with fragmenting production across many colourways. If your programme genuinely needs more colours, we can discuss it during quoting — but most promotional buyers find two colours cover their needs perfectly.
We work with basic, proven materials: combed and carded cotton, cotton-polyester blends, pique knits, brushed fleece and poly-cotton twill. These are the fabrics the promotional industry trusts — they dye evenly, print and embroider cleanly, and perform reliably in everyday use. Specialty fabrics such as organic cotton or recycled polyester can be sourced on request and will be quoted accordingly.
Sampling: Approve Before We Produce
We never start bulk production without your sign-off on a physical pre-production sample. The process works like this: you confirm the style, colours, sizes and branding method; we produce a sample carrying your actual logo; you review it and request any adjustments. Most buyers reach approval within one or two sample rounds, typically two to three weeks from artwork confirmation. Sample costs are quoted transparently and are often credited against the bulk order.
Production Timeline
Once your pre-production sample is approved, standard bulk production runs 4–6 weeks depending on the product and order size. Screen-printed T-shirt orders at MOQ quantities are usually at the shorter end of that range; embroidered jackets or complex workwear with multiple branding positions take longer. We confirm a firm ex-factory date with every order confirmation — and we treat that date as a commitment, building buffer time into the schedule rather than promising what the calendar cannot deliver.
Quality Control at Every Stage
Promotional campaigns cannot afford quality failures, so inspection is built into the process rather than bolted on at the end. Fabric is checked on arrival for shade, weight and defects. Each production line is monitored daily by our QC team, with measurements verified against your approved spec sheet. Branding — print or embroidery — is inspected continuously during production. Finally, packed cartons undergo an AQL inspection before shipment. Independent third-party inspection companies are welcome at any stage; just let your merchandiser know.
Packing and Shipping
Goods are packed to export standard: individual polybags, assorted or solid size ratios per your instruction, and sturdy export cartons with shipping marks. We ship FOB from Chittagong port as standard and can quote CIF to major ports in the USA, Europe and the Middle East. All export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin — is prepared by our shipping team as part of the service.
Payment Terms
Our standard terms for new buyers are 30% advance with order confirmation and 70% against shipping documents (bill of lading copy). For repeat buyers with an established history, we can discuss more flexible arrangements including letter of credit terms. All quotations are provided in US dollars and we accept wire transfer (T/T) as standard. Pricing is quoted FOB Chittagong unless you request CIF to your port, in which case freight is itemized separately so you can compare options transparently.
