Coveralls Manufacturer in Bangladesh

A good coverall goes on over work clothes in the morning, takes the dirt, grease and abrasion of the whole shift, and comes off again without a fight. We manufacture coveralls and boiler suits in Bangladesh for factories, farms, workshops and maintenance fleets that issue them by the hundreds and expect every unit to match.

Our buyers order from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Middle East, usually as a standing fleet program with repeat top-up orders. Most pair coveralls with the tees and polos their crews wear underneath, such as our classic crew-neck t-shirt, so the full kit comes from one source.

Built to Be Pulled On, Worked In and Washed Hard

The details are small but practical. A two-way front zip opens from the top or the bottom, so the wearer can reach trouser pockets underneath or vent the suit without taking it off. The action back carries stitched pleats that open when the wearer reaches, bends or climbs, and an elasticated waist keeps the suit close without a belt.

Why Coveralls Are Bought as Fleet Issue

Companies rarely buy coveralls one at a time. They are issued per employee, often three suits each: one worn, one in the laundry, one ready. That rotation means the garment has to survive industrial washing week after week, and consistency matters more than novelty: the same fabric, the same pocket layout and the same shade, order after order.

That consistency is why fleets stay with one manufacturing partner. Replacements for new starters or worn-out suits have to match the ones already in service. We keep your approved sample, fabric specification and measurement chart on file, so top-up orders slot in without visible differences.

Fabric and Construction Options for International Buyers

Tell us the working environment and we will match the fabric weight and build to it:

  • Polyester/cotton twill, 200 to 260 GSM: the fleet standard: hard wearing, colourfast and quick drying after washing.
  • Cotton drill, 240 to 310 GSM: heavier all-cotton with a dense weave for workshops and agriculture.
  • Two-way front zip: optional storm flap and snap closure to protect the teeth and clothing beneath.
  • Action back and elastic waist: stitched back pleats and elasticated waist sections for reaching, bending and climbing.
  • Working pocket layout: two chest pockets, swing pockets, back pockets and a leg rule pocket.
  • Sleeve and leg options: long sleeves standard, short sleeves for hot climates, snap or zip leg-hem openings.
  • Bartack reinforcement: stitching reinforced at pocket corners, zip base, waist and crotch seams.

Both fabrics hold embroidery well and keep their shade through repeated washing.

Customization and Private Label Production

Company marks usually sit on the chest pocket or across the back, embroidered to survive the same washing as the garment. We sew in woven name labels, size labels and your brand labels, and pack each suit folded with a size sticker. Reflective tape can be added around the arms, legs and body as an option where your risk assessment calls for it; the tape is sewn to your layout drawing, and certification testing for your market is arranged with your nominated lab. Send your artwork through our quote page and we will price the complete garment.

Sampling, MOQ and Production Planning

The minimum order is 1,200 pieces per style, in up to two colours, across a chest and height size grid from small to 3XL in regular and tall lengths. Sampling runs: lab dips for colour approval, a full size set for fit checks on real wearers, then a pre-production sample in the bulk fabric. Once approved, we confirm a production schedule covering fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing, and the approved sample stays on file for reorders.

Quality Control and Compliance Documentation

Coveralls fail in predictable places, so our checks go there first: zip function on every size, seam strength at crotch, shoulders and bartacks, measurements after finishing against your chart. Inline and final inspections also cover stitching quality, shade consistency and packing. If your market or contract requires specific test reports, tell us at the quotation stage and we will arrange them alongside the order.

Export Packaging for USA, UK, Europe and Other Markets

Each suit is folded and packed in an individual polybag with a size label, then ratio packed into export cartons by size and colour. Cartons can also be sorted by size alone for quick issue. Shipments leave through Chittagong port, with air freight from Dhaka for urgent top-ups. Browse our products to see the work shirts, work pants and jackets that complete the same uniform program.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are coverall sizes graded?

Sizes are graded by chest measurement and height: each chest size comes in regular and tall lengths, graded together so taller wearers are not squeezed. Send us your size chart and we will match it.

What does the two-way zip actually do?

It carries two sliders on one zip. The wearer can open it from the bottom to reach trouser pockets underneath, vent the suit on a warm day, or remove the suit over boots.

Can you add reflective tape to the coveralls?

Yes. Reflective tape can be sewn around the arms, legs and body to your layout. If your market requires a certified high-visibility garment, it must be tested and certified under your own program; we supply samples and construction details to support that.

Which fabric weight should we choose?

For most fleets, polyester/cotton twill at 200 to 260 GSM gives the best balance of durability, drying time and cost. Choose cotton drill at 240 to 310 GSM where the work is heavier, in workshops and farms.

Do you make a short sleeve version?

Yes. The same body, pockets and zip can be built with short sleeves for hot climates and indoor plants, with snap or zip leg openings so boots stay on.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum is 1,200 pieces per style, split across up to two colours and your chest and height size grid. Repeat orders run against the approved sample on file.
