Black and White Raglan T-Shirt Manufacturer in Bangladesh

Black and white is the colourway that never dates. This raglan sets black three-quarter sleeves and a black collar against a white body, and it is sold the way teamwear is actually bought: in complete size rows, every size present, graded evenly, packed so the row survives the journey. As a clothing wholesaler and exporter in Bangladesh, we make it to order for brands whose customers reorder the same row season after season.

We supply teamwear brands, uniform programmes and promotional distributors across the USA, UK, Germany, Canada and Australia. If your range already carries our raglan t-shirt, this black and white version is the neutral colourway on that block, and it works beside our youth t-shirt where a programme covers younger players in plain styles.

A size row is a promise. The chest, length and sleeve measurements step evenly from size to size, with no size quietly cut on a different proportion, so a buyer can publish one size chart and stand behind every garment in the row.

  • Baseball raglan t-shirt, white body with black three-quarter sleeves
  • Complete graded size rows, packed and marked as full runs
  • Diagonal raglan seams for a free-moving, athletic shoulder
  • Your woven label, hang tag and packing on every shirt

Grading That Steps Evenly, Size After Size

Close view of the diagonal raglan seam where the black sleeve joins the body, produced by a clothing manufacturer in Bangladesh

The close view follows the diagonal seam where the black sleeve meets the white body. On a graded run that seam sits at the same angle on every size, because the raglan line is part of the pattern geometry, not redrawn size by size. The stitching runs evenly along the join, and the black arrives at the seam at full depth with no fading at the edge.

  • Raglan seam angle identical on every size in the row
  • Measurements stepped evenly with no size on a different proportion
  • Seam and shade checked on the smallest and largest sizes at inspection

A White Body That Carries Any Colour of Print

White cotton single jersey fabric close-up showing the smooth knit and yarn texture, produced by a clothing manufacturer in Bangladesh

In the close view the white knit is smooth and bright, with a clean, even surface. Black and white is the colourway buyers choose when the artwork carries the colour: club crests, sponsor logos and event graphics in any palette sit on this body without clashing with the garment. The cloth is finished to a bright white standard and protected from dyed work during production.

  • Bright white finish held to an approved standard
  • Neutral ground that takes any print or embroidery colour
  • Fabric washed before cutting, so fit stays true after home washing

Rows Packed the Way Kit Rooms Work

Full rows are packed as full rows. Each size is bagged and marked, cartons carry the size breakdown on the outside, and the count per size follows the ratio you order, whether that is an even row or a curve weighted to the middle sizes. A distributor can split the delivery straight into stock, and a club can issue by size without a sorting table.

  • Size ratios packed to your ordered curve, even or weighted
  • Cartons marked with the full size breakdown outside
  • Every size present in every row, checked at packing

Pattern Making and Size Grading

The grading is the product on a style like this. Chest, body length, sleeve length and the raglan seam position step by fixed, published increments, and the pattern for every size is cut and measured before bulk production, not calculated and trusted. Send your size chart and the row is built to it; send ours and the chart is supplied with the samples for your approval.

  • Every graded size measured from its own pattern before cutting
  • Patterns made from your chart, your sample or our raglan block
  • Sample approved before any bulk fabric is cut

Private Label and OEM Production

As an OEM factory partner we build the shirt under your label alone: your woven label at the back neck, your hang tag, and your graphics printed or embroidered where the design places them. Black and white is a common choice for house brands precisely because it carries any logo, and nothing on the finished garment names us.

  • Woven or printed main label, plus size and care labels in your layout
  • Chest print, back print or embroidery placed to your artwork
  • Hang tags, barcode stickers and retail packing supplied to your format

Bulk Production and Quality Control

Production is checked by size as well as by garment. Measurements are taken from finished shirts across the row during production, so a drifting size is caught while it can still be corrected, and final inspection pulls garments from the ends and the middle of the row before the cartons are sealed.

  • Finished measurements checked across the row during production
  • Black shade compared between collar and sleeve panels
  • Final check of measurements, stitching and pressing before packing

Packaging for Retail and Online Sales

Retail programmes take single folded shirts with the black sleeves showing at the fold. Wholesale and club orders take the row packing described above, with size-marked bags and the breakdown printed on the carton, so the delivery can go straight into a stockroom or a kit room as it arrives.

Shipping and Worldwide Delivery

Finished cartons travel by sea from Chattogram to the main ports of our buyer markets, with air freight available where a delivery date cannot move. Export documents, fibre content and labelling paperwork are prepared for your broker as routine, and raglan rows can share a shipment with other styles in your programme.

How Ordering Works

Begin on the quote page with a tech pack, artwork files or a reference garment. The price we return is per piece at your stated quantity and size ratio, with the fabric options laid out beside it. Our MOQ and production page and payment terms pages carry the commercial detail in full. Bulk production follows sample approval, never the other way round.

Why Brands Source T-Shirts From Bangladesh

Bangladesh runs the full knitwear chain inside one country, so an exporter here controls both cloths of a two-colour style from yarn to carton. Distributors in Italy and Belgium hold black and white raglans as their neutral teamwear stock, Brazilian buyers take complete rows for resale by size, and event programmes in South Korea use the colourway where the print carries the identity.

  • Full local chain, from yarn and knitting to the finished garment
  • Graded rows controlled and packed under one standard
  • Export paperwork and labelling handled as routine

Care and Wash Performance

Black against white is tested as a finished garment at sample stage: the wash must leave the white body white at the seam line and the black at full depth. The body cloth is washed before cutting, so the measurements published in your size chart are the measurements that survive the laundry, size after size.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we order a size ratio weighted to the middle sizes?

Yes. Rows do not have to be even. Give us the ratio you sell, for example more medium and large than the end sizes, and the cutting and packing follow that curve while every size in the row stays present. The ratio is confirmed on the order before production.

Can one size be ordered on its own as a top-up?

Yes. The graded pattern and the black and white standards are filed under your style, so a single-size top-up is cut from the same pattern and dyed to the same standard as the original row. It will measure and look identical to the shirts already in your stock.

Is the black a true black or a soft washed black?

As standard it is a full-depth black, dyed to an approved standard and checked against the collar and sleeve panels on every run. A washed, softer black can be sampled instead if your range asks for it, and that standard is then filed for the style.

Can the body be black with white sleeves instead?

Yes. The two panels simply change places: black body, white sleeves and a white or black collar, all on the same raglan block and grading. Most buyers sample the reversed version alongside the standard one before choosing the range.
